With over a decade of leadership focusing on the team and how we can best serve clients and facilities, Brandon has a proven track record of delivering industry leading teams and building high-performance cultures that align operations with business objectives. Previously, he worked in the financial industry, most recently focusing on network growth and revitalization. Passionate about efficiency and data-driven decision-making, Brandon excels at translating executive vision into executable plans that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Brandon and his family reside near the coast in North Carolina where they love spending time outside and enjoying days in the sun at the beach. They are actively involved in their community, church, and local chambers.
As our Chief Growth Officer, Michael brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in healthcare, working across everything from behavioral health to dental practices and hospital systems. He has a

Michael is passionate about helping organizations find new ways to grow—whether that means introducing smarter technology, improving patient care, or simply making things run more smoothly.
